What you'll do:


As a Services Account Executive Expert (SAE), you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of new Services business, managing strategic relationships, and representing the SAP Services organization from a sales and business development perspective for our Strategic Customer Program Account Mercedes-Benz.

Account & Customer Relationship Management

1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts.
2. Act as the single point of contact for the customer, representing the SAP Services organization to establishing and expand Services footprint.
3. Contribute directly to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships within the account.
4. Manage the customer relationship as one face to the customer combining Services and Cloud Business

Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management:

5. Generate qualified opportunities based on a holistic understanding of customer challenges.
6. Drive opportunities from demand generation to deal closure.

Sales Excellence:

7. Develop and deliver best-practice comprehensive Services account plans to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
8. Be accountable for booking and revenue targets for services in the assigned account(s).
9. Manage opportunities and bids, shaping deals in alignment with agreed governance processes, controls, and targets.

Leading a (Virtual) Account Team

10. Orchestrate resources to execute winning sales and support delivery teams.
11. Collaborate effectively within the SAP ecosystem.
12. Manage customers and partners while applying value selling and solution selling techniques

What you bring

13. 10+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services industry.
14. Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure.
15. Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and the overall lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
16. Experience working with large multinational customers and in other countries and regions.
17. Bachelor’s or master’s Degree.
18. Proficiency in Business English and local language, additional languages a distinct advantage
