To strengthen our HR team in Germany, we are looking for a reliable and empathetic HR Administrator (m/f/d). You will be the central point of contact for payroll-related topics and ensure smooth, compliant HR administration in a production environment.
The position is based in Sassnitz and reports to the Senior HR Director, Thai Union Germany.
Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and execute monthly payroll in close collaboration with an external payroll provider, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and tax and social security regulations
* Support the recording and correction of attendance times in the time recording system, in collaboration with the Production Administration
* Prepare and manage employment contracts for employees and trainees in Germany
* Coordinate with external agencies for ordering temporary or external personnel
* Prepare works council hearings, references, and employment-related certificates
* Maintain and update personnel files and HR master data
* Prepare internal and external reports and evaluations, including ad-hoc payroll reporting
* Act as a contact for external stakeholders such as authorities, social security institutions, auditors, and chambers of commerce
About You
* Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification in Human Resources
* Solid experience in payroll administration, ideally in a production environment with shift work and collective bargaining agreements
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (PowerPoint skills are an advantage)
* Experience with time recording systems is an advantage
* A reliable, structured, and independent working style
* Good German and English skills, particularly written English (spoken English is an advantage)
