Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
* Proven marketing leadership experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer sectors
* Strong expertise across at least two areas of the marketing value chain (e.g. brand, performance, CRM, content)
* Track record of building and managing teams; you thrive on developing others
* Fluent in English (German highly desirable)
* International exposure or cross-border business experience
* Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
* Commercially sharp with exceptional analytical and collaboration skills
