Your tasks
* Build, mentor, and empower a team of 10-15 skilled software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack IP applications that are integral to the CMX platform, ensuring the highest quality.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight for the development of data applications on the CMX platform such as Tput & IP Measurement, eCall Applications and audio/video (VoLTE/VoNR) testing.
* Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle – from concept and planning to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance – ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
* Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals.
* Guide your team through evolving technologies and industry best practices, enabling them to remain at the forefront of data application verification and testing.
* Lead the team through organizational changes and ensure a flexible and effective team structure.
Your qualifications
* Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field is required.
* Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on telecommunication industry, and excellent understanding of networking protocols and IP technologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
* Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers with excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
