We are expanding our portfolio to include cutting-edge data centre development projects and are therefore seeking experienced data centre professionals. Goodman is seeking an experienced Document & Information Manager to join our expanding Data Centre project team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of all information related to specific data centre projects. This role sits at the heart of project delivery and execution, ensuring that digital information supports fast, compliant, and coordinated project delivery, enabling informed decision-making from design through handover with Goodman’s standards and ISO 19650. More concretely, this means: Key Responsibilities: Information Management (CDE & Project Data) Manage and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) (Autodesk Construction Cloud) daily. Set up, manage and review file structures, naming conventions, and workflow. Track and resolve document and metadata issues directly with project teams. Ensure that all stakeholders (designers, contractors, consultants) upload, review, and share information in accordance with project protocols. Support onboarding and technical troubleshooting of the CDE for internal and external users. Manage documents and information between platforms such as ACC, Procore, SharePoint, Dynamics… Perform regular quality checks on uploaded documents (e.g., file naming, versioning, metadata). Archive and label approved documentation in line with project stage requirements. Governance & reporting Prepare and distribute project trackers (risk registers, issue logs, progress reporting, ) as well as ad-hoc project update when required. Support the Project Manager in tracking progress against key milestones, proactively identifying delays or blockers. Ensure alignment with the Goodman’s project management methodology and maintain structured information flows between all project stakeholders — from client through to delivery teams Compliance & Quality Monitor adherence to ISO 19650 and Goodman’s Information Management standards. Support the verification of stage deliverables, ensuring all information is organized and complete for design, construction, and operational handover. Report non-conformities or gaps in document quality or workflow execution. Share user feedback with the Digital Delivery Manager to enhance Goodman’s information requirements and processes. Coordination & Communication Act as the primary daily contact for internal teams (project managers, design leads) and external stakeholders (designers, contractors) on document and information matters. Coordinate with the appointed Information Manager or BIM Manager of the Lead Appointed Party where relevant. Provide clear guidance and training on naming conventions, workflows, and data use protocols. Requirements 3 to 5 years proven experience in Information Management, Document Control, or a similar role within the AEC or data centre sector. Hands-on experience managing documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Mature level working under the Microsoft environment for information management (SharePoint, Workspace, Dynamics…) Strong understanding of ISO 19650, naming conventions, and data classification. Strong capabilities using Power BI and automation process Attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Fluent in English Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder projects (e.g., mission-critical, logistics, or data centres) preferred.
