ABOUT THE JOB
TRATON Charging Solutions is on a mission to accelerate the electrification of commercial transport across Europe. To strengthen our footprint in one of our most strategic regions, we are now seeking a Specilaist Partnership Management e-Mobility to lead our CPO engagement in Central Europe, with a particular focus on Germany, a priority market in our network expansion.
This role is ideal for a senior professional with an OEM background in the commercial vehicle industry, preferably from procurement or business development, who understands the power of strategic partnerships. As our Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and managing commercial relationships with charge point operators (CPOs), ensuring network coverage, service quality, and pricing conditions that deliver value to our customers and support TRATON GROUP’s electrification agenda.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Market analysis to identify potential new business partners across EU
/ Generate and qualify leads for commercial vehicle CPOs
/ Lead the partnering process, from first contact to contracting
/ Ensure sufficient coverage by targeting and prioritizing the correct potential partners
/ Ensure competitive pricing by negotiating bilateral pricing with strategic CPOs
/ Set up regular meetings with CPOs to review quality of service and roadmap
/ Coordinate partnership projects by qualifying the opportunity, highlighting project requirements, identify relevant stakeholders to participate in the project and reserving sufficient resources on both sides
/ Handle renegotiations of expiring roaming agreements
/ Compliance check with CPOs
YOUR SKILLS
/ Solid experience in the commercial vehicle industry, ideally within a major OEM
/ Strong foundation in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partnership management
/ Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements in a multi-stakeholder environment
/ Native-level fluency in German with excellent communication skills in English
/ Deep understanding of the eMobility ecosystem and/or public charging infrastructure landscape is highly desirable
/ Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability and excellent interpersonal skills
