Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher). Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools. European passport. Benefits: Competitive Salary Structure: We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting with a base salary of €2,300 net per month for those with 0-2 years of experience. To this salary, additional bonuses based on performance, overtime, and product sales will be added. For more experienced candidates, the salary increases based on experience. Schedule and Flexibility: Enjoy a 37-hour workweek with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month.
