This strategic role shapes development practices, advances cloud architectures, and ensures excellence in delivery, quality, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop multiple software teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Define and execute software strategies using modern SaaS and cloud architectures for scalability and agility. Set and track KPIs to ensure quality, security, and process standards. Align engineering and product goals with business objectives. Mentor senior engineers and managers, promote best practices, and report progress to executive leadership. Requirements Proven leadership in software development within SaaS or cloud environments. Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and automation. Strong experience applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
