A celebration of craft and counter / sub-culture; all brought together under a singular creative vision. For our office in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as E-Commerce Assistant (m/f/x). Tasks Provide information and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media. Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, quality issues, cancellations, and other customer queries. Offer product advice and support. Maintain and update customer data. Liaise with carriers for shipments and deliveries. Support the seasonal upload of new products and data using the content management system (CMS), as well as maintain existing products and inventory within the CMS. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Production, Creative, and Logistics, to ensure the website is always up to date. Monitor the website to optimize the user experience and customer journey, ensuring the site’s visual appeal and functionality. Requirements Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous. Strong knowledge of MS Office. High customer empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, German, or French (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Experience with Magento or similar CMS platforms is preferred. A passion for online and fashion markets.
