We trust you in these areas
* Execute graphic design projects that support global initiatives from our Central Support Office, as well as local hotel marketing needs
* Create high-quality visual assets for various marketing touchpoints: flyers and brochures (digital & print), adverts, EDMs (newsletters), social media posts, website graphics, hotel posters and signage, giveaways and more
* Support the ongoing development of the Penta brand’s visual identity under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and the Head of Brand Marketing
* Build positive relationships with stakeholders and onsite staff, strengthening the bond between hotels and Central Support
* Review and optimise design materials created by hotel teams in Canva, ensuring full brand compliance and professional standards
* Liaise with external suppliers to manage print production and ensure top-quality output
* Conduct final quality checks before publication, including proofreading and layout control
* Regularly monitor internal and external communication channels to identify outdated or non-compliant design assets
* Support with departmental administrative tasks when needed
These are your talents
* A degree in Graphic Design (or you´re currently in the final year of your studies)
* At least one year of professional experience in a graphic design role
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking and clean execution (please add your portfolio to your application documents)
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Ideally, basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
* Strong attention to detail and a refined sense for typography, layout, and composition
* Passion for current design trends—with the judgment to know which ones actually fit the brand
* A structured, organised way of working and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* The patience and resilience to revise concepts until all stakeholders are aligned
* Curiosity about branding and the ambition to continuously grow your expertise
