This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to step into a broad, business-facing role and help shape the company’s culture and people strategy during a high-growth phase.
What we’re looking for:
* 1+ year experience in a HR role
* Proactive, people-first mindset and strong communication skills
* Fluent in German
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with managers and team leads on people-related matters including performance, development, and engagement
* Supporting employee relations, HR policies, and compliance
* Driving culture, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
* Collaborating with global HR colleagues on projects and scaling best practices
