Store Manager Position
For a leading premium streetwear brand in Berlin, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to strengthen our brand image.
* Strategic Development: Creating unique store experiences through innovative approaches to drive sales growth and enhance brand reputation.
* Operational Management & Administration: Supporting daily business operations, planning, HR reporting, visual merchandising, inventory management and stock replenishment.
* Team Leadership (approx. 5 team members): Providing guidance, motivation, regular feedback sessions and fostering professional development within the team.
* Customer Relationship Management: Assisting in implementing and utilizing customer relationship management tools to boost sales and optimize customer interactions.
* Sales Performance: Ensuring the implementation of sales strategies and continuously analyzing sales performance; conducting trend forecasts to optimize sales activities.
