What you can expect

1. You organize and prepare the Annual General Meeting both logistically and in terms of content, ensuring a smooth execution.
2. You maintain corporate legal master data, prepare and coordinate resolution documents, and monitor their implementation both domestically and internationally.
3. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with reporting obligations to the Transparency Register for German and international group companies.
4. You coordinate collaboration with external consultants.
5. You serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders in the preparation of documents and resolutions for the Board of Directors and its committees.
6. You perform quality control on content and actively contribute to the development of internal policies and guidelines.
7. You prepare the Board of Directors’ report, as well as other relevant documentation, reports, and statistics; you handle correspondence for the Chair of the Board and draft and revise texts, presentations, and documents for internal and external purposes.
What makes you stand out
8. You hold a degree in business law, are a graduate in law, or a fully qualified lawyer – or possess a comparable qualification.
9. Ideally, you bring experience in supporting executive functions, particularly in working with bodies such as the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, or Management.
10. You have sound knowledge of corporate law and work in a structured and self-reliant manner.
11. You interact confidently and professionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
12. You are characterized by strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
13. You apply your competencies in process and project management in a goal-oriented way.
14. You have native-level German language skills with excellent written expression, and very good English language skills.
