Your Responsibilities
* Lead strategic client projects across industries, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in global enterprises
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business development) to align client needs with our innovation roadmap
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development
* Mentor and guide team members across consulting and client success functions
Your Profile
* Experience from a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) - tenure 1-3 years
* Strong interest in emerging technologies (e.g. VR/XR, AI, or digital ecosystems)
* Exceptional communication and client management skills
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
