Responsibility
Desktop Support:
* Provide on-site technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
* Provide video, audio technology support
Meeting Support
* Technical Preparation and Equipment Setup: Responsible for technical preparations -before the meeting, including but not limited to setting up and testing audio-visual equipment, ensuring stable network connections, and installing and testing meeting software (such as Zoom, Teams, etc.). Also, prepare contingency plans to address potential technical failures.
* Meeting Execution and Technical Support: Provide real-time technical support during the meeting, addressing any technical issues that participants may encounter, such as login difficulties, audio-visual problems, etc. Monitor the progress of the meeting to ensure that all technical equipment is functioning properly and that the meeting proceeds smoothly.
Infrastructure Management
* Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform, etc.
* Inspect server room, meeting room in a daily basis
* Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems
* Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization
Network Administration
* Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points, and other associated network equipment
* Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repair
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Strong understanding of network architecture and security principles.
* High level of commitment, initiative and independent work organization
* English and German languages are required
