For our Site in Ettlingen we are now looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk (M/F/T)
Your tasks:
1. Monitoring of timely and appropriate delivery releases and shipping processing
2. Creating all documents required for shipping such as dispatch readiness notifications, delivery notes, invoices, waybills, forwarding orders, export declarations, movement certificates, certificates of origin, preference certificates, etc.
3. Observing shipping regulations and internal procedural regulations
4. Determining the shipping method and calculating packaging and loading space according to the goods to be shipped
5. Notifying and scheduling shipments to forwarding agents and express service providers
6. Customs clearance in the import and export area - creating various export declarations via GTS / AtlasAusfuhr
7. Export control - monitoring all orders relevant to export control and, if necessary, applying for export permits from the Federal Office for Foreign Trade
8. Shipment monitoring and requesting proof of delivery and export • Complaints processing
9. Managing loading equipment accounts • Checking and posting transport and customs invoices, if necessary. Complaints and customs appeals
10. Obtaining and issuing freight information • Statistics such as Intrastat / Extrastat / Federal Statistical Office
Your profile:
11. Completed vocational training as a forwarding clerk or comparable qualification
12. Experience in foreign trade, customs, import, export, export control
13. 1-3 years of professional experience • Good in MS Office and SAP/R3
14. Knowledge of German (C2) and English (B2)
