Responsibilities:
* Support the commercial management of major data center construction projects
* Assist in preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and cost reports
* Help with forecasting, valuations, and variation management
* Liaise with subcontractors on procurement and payment processes
* Work closely with senior surveyors and project teams to ensure project success
* Contribute to maintaining cost control and achieving financial targets
Skills / Must Have:
* Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (or similar) within construction or industrial projects
* Solid understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
* Exposure to data center or fast-track projects is a plus
* EU Citizenship
* Fluent in English (German language skills advantageous)
* Proactive, detail-focused, and confident in a fast-paced working environment
