We are looking for a skilled and proactive Planner to lead demand, supply, and inventory for Sea to Summit across the EMEA region. The purpose of this role is to ensure the right inventory is available to meet customer demand and support business plans across the region. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Regional Planning, S&OP, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain Analytics. Your efforts will play a key role in aligning regional forecasts with global strategies, optimizing stock levels, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Demand, Supply & Inventory Planning
* Own the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to support a balanced and agile supply chain.
* Develop a monthly rolling forecast aligned with commercial objectives and inventory requirements.
* Lead the regional S&OP process, driving alignment with global timelines and strategic goals.
* Set and manage inventory targets based on service levels, lead times, and product criticality, minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
* Deliver a consolidated regional view to inform global scenario planning, capacity decisions, and supply optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with regional Sales, Finance, and Global Purchasing to support integrated decision-making.
* Ensure timely, accurate input from stakeholders throughout the planning process.
* Facilitate scenario planning and cross-functional alignment where needed.
Process & Best Practice Leadership
* Champion best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve planning efficiency and accuracy.
* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and supply planning processes.
* Serve as a key point of contact for regional and global planning systems/tools.
Data Integrity & Reporting
* Ensure accurate and timely data integration into global planning frameworks.
* Analyze trends, risks, and performance to deliver actionable insights.
* Prepare and present clear reports to both regional and global leadership teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Economics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in consumer goods or outdoor products
* Experience working with multiple markets/subsidiaries and distributors in a regional role.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across regional and global teams.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in demand planning
* Advanced knowledge of relevant IT tools (ERP, WMS, Excel, Power BI or similar)
