Your Tasks:
1. Maintaining and purchasing of IT equipment
2. Maintaining and repair management of mobile devices
3. Installation, maintaining and troubleshooting of client hardware devices
4. Creation and maintenance of documentation
5. User management in Active Directory, M365
6. User support for the local plant
7. Remote support within the WEPA Group
8. Assistance of other IT teams in project work
9. Occasional business-related travel
The position is primarily performed on site in Leuna. Remote work is possible upon individual agreement.
Your Profile:
10. Qualification: Completed vocational training as an IT clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable.
11. Experience and Know-how: At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Experience in the following systems: Office Applications PC Systems Server Operating Systems Citrix ADS Client Server Technology ITSM Systems Archive Systems
12. Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
13. Personality: Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and motivation.
