In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting compelling stories, steering high-impact content, leading a team and managing relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position at our headquarters in Einbeck .
Your tasks:
1. Drive and implement our external communication strategy
2. Lead and develop your team for effective collaboration and high-quality output
3. Create impactful content, in-house and together with external partners (e.g. articles, posts, videos)
4. Manage press and media work, including our annual image magazine “Future with Heritage”
5. Support the Executive Board with external appearances and interviews
6. Handle crisis communication and corporate positioning
7. Monitor and report on communication KPIs (media coverage, web, social media)
8. Engage with media partners, industry associations, and stakeholders
9. Align communication efforts across functions and with international colleagues
Your profile:
10. An academic degree in communication studies, journalism or a comparable course of study
11. Several years of proven relevant professional experience in the creation of editorial content and press work
12. Experience in leading smaller teams is an asset
13. Experience in the field of life sciences (e.g. agriculture) is an asset
14. IT literacy (MS Office)
15. Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
