In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiencyPrepare, present and execute the Profit PlanBuild strategic relationships with key customers at the highest level
2. Health, Safety & Environmental
Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met
Stay current on OSHA, EPA, and hazardous waste and EEO regulations and ensure compliance
Oversee and promote effective Health, Safety and Environmental programs and practices, ensuring that high standards of site safety are established and metDemonstrate personal commitment to a safety and quality culturePromote and be a key sponsor for Nuclear Safety Culture
3. Financial Management
Prepare the site annual budget and manage the monthly P&L process (POR) in order to meet site financial commitmentsDevelop and execute an annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan in line with business budget requirementsDevelop and execute Inventory plan in accordance with Business Unit requirements
4. Operational ExcellencePlan, direct and control all the activities of Korschenbroich site to meet the primary requirements of safety, quality, lead time, delivery and manufacturing costsCoordinate and allocate manufacturing resources to support monthly revenue/shipping targetsOversee the Materials Planning processes to ensure material availability through effective Supplier development and managementLeverage on continuous improvement strategies to reduce lead time and deliver world class service levelsAnalyze site production metrics, data and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.Coordinate site maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment and follow all safety regulations
5. Team LeadershipBuild and develop a solid leadership team on all key functions of the site (operations, supply chain, Project Management, Quality & Safety, HR and Finance, Trade Compliance)Prepare and drive succession planParticipate to the Pay Proposal and approve all salary changes and/or benefit related costs, programsCommunicate with factory employees regularly to inform them regarding business conditions, company priorities and targetsApprove the annual training plan to grow employees competencies and drive engagement
6. ComplianceEnsure all corporate Trade Compliance policies and procedures are followed and metWork on the integration of Korschenbroich site in the FCV processes-tools-organization
For This Role, You Will Need:
7. Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration recommended or equivalent
8. A minimum of 5 years Business Management experience
9. A minimum of 10 years Operations experience in a manufacturing industry
10. Fluent in English, fluent in German as a preference
11. Experience in finance / supply chain / manufacturing / engineering / project management is a plus
