Quality Supervisor

Core Role Value
This position is the key leader in establishing the quality system for the new plant. The primary goal is to build the quality system from scratch and ensure it fully meets the high standards of BMW. You will serve as the main point of contact for quality communication with the BMW customer, establishing excellent quality management processes to guarantee product quality stability from incoming materials to delivery—especially for injection-molded parts—ultimately achieving customer satisfaction and zero-defect targets.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain BMW customer relations and act as the quality interface: Accurately understand and communicate BMW-specific quality requirements (e.g., FORMEL Q, process standards) and ensure their effective implementation within the plant.
Build the new plant's quality system from zero: Plan, establish, implement, and improve a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and BMW-specific requirements.
Process quality control and improvement (focus on injection molding): Apply in-depth knowledge of injection molding to analyze and resolve quality issues in production.
Team and department management: Build a quality team aligned with company strategy; coordinate work, allocate resources, and develop personnel within the department.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Materials, or related engineering fields.
5+ years of quality management experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years directly supporting BMW in a quality or project quality role.
Proven experience participating in or leading the successful setup of a new plant/production line quality system from scratch.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and common defect analysis methods.
Fluent in German and English (able to communicate effectively in both languages with the customer in written and spoken form).
