<h3>Your Tasks</h3>

<ul>
<li>Team Coordination & Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of a team of Data Centre Associates by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time.</li>
<li>Technical Execution & Support: Actively support the installation of server racks, hardware components, and cabling, while guiding the team through more complex technical activities.</li>
<li>Material & Inventory Management: Organize, inspect, and track incoming materials and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and supporting stock checks and replenishment processes.</li>
<li>Quality, Safety & Processes: Ensure compliance with work instructions, safety standards, and internal procedures while continuously identifying potential improvements.</li>
<li>Communication & Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of contact for operational topics, communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and resolve challenges in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way.</li>

<h3>Your Profile</h3>

<li>Professional Experience: You have experience in logistics, warehouse operations, technical environments, or ideally in data center operations, and have already gained initial leadership experience.</li>
<li>Organizational Skills & System Affinity: You work in a structured manner, confidently prioritize daily tasks, and are familiar with warehouse, inventory, or operational systems.</li>
<li>Technical Know-how: You are experienced in handling tools and have a basic understanding of hardware, rack installation, and cabling.</li>
<li>Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently in a daily work environment.</li>
<li>Personality & Soft Skills: You act responsibly, approach challenges proactively, support your team’s development, and stand out with a solution-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused mindset.</li>
</ul>
