We are looking for a Community Manager (all genders) to join our team in Hamburg at the earliest opportunity.
About the Role
1. Be the voice of the game across social media and community platforms (Discord, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
2. Write and publish patch notes, announcements, and event updates
3. Collect and summarize community feedback for the team
4. Help organize events, contests, livestreams, and giveaways
5. Collaborate with marketing and dev teams to plan content and campaigns
6. Moderate community spaces and engage with players and creators
7. Track community sentiment and flag key issues or trends
8. Keep internal teams in the loop on community updates and needs
Requirements
9. 2+ years of experience in community management in the gaming industry preferably for a F2P/MMORPG
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
11. Experience with platforms like Discord, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, and social media scheduling platforms ( Brandwatch)
12. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
13. Empathy, patience, and diplomacy—especially when dealing with player feedback or community crises
