* Support global device distribution and collection for employee testing programs
* Manage device preparation, including configuration, packaging, and dispatch
* Track device movement using our proprietary inventory management system
* Conduct regular physical and virtual inventory audits
* Maintain accurate records of device status and location
* Prepare shipping documentation including air waybills, labels, and customs paperwork
* Coordinate shipments across the EMEA region
* Process incoming and outgoing device shipments
* Handle basic troubleshooting of technical and logistical issues

* Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary inventory management systems
* No specific technical certifications required
* Basic to intermediate level experience in logistics or shipping operations
* C1 level English proficiency (written and verbal)
* German language skills are advantageous
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
