We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management and coordinating a high volume of interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Who you are 1 - 3 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR; with solid knowledge ofrecruiting principles. Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, ideally with hands-on exposure to high-growth, fast-paced companies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to managemultiple tasks and interviews simultaneously,with a strong sense of ownership. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Proficient in HR software and digital tools, ideally Recruiteeor similar platforms. Why TYTAN? Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video). Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
