YOUR TASKS

o Supporting the global and cross-divisional Headcount Actual & Outlook process
o Assisting with annual global and cross-divisional Headcount budget planning
o Executing standard HR Analytics reporting requirements
o Creating ad-hoc analyses
o Supporting the global staffing request process
o Supporting global HR master data quality checks
o Interacting and communicating with HR Analytics stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Business) as needed
o Taking on specific tasks within HR Analytics special projects
YOUR PROFILE

o Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
o Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
o Strong communication and teamwork skills
o Analytical thinking and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic
