About this position

As the main point of contact for our existing customers in industries such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical and electrical technology, and industrial wholesale, you will build long-lasting and trustworthy customer relationships. You will work closely with our technical distribution partners



What you'll do

* You are proactive, identify market potential, and strategically acquire new customers for Henkel
* You will take responsibility for sales planning, sales management, pricing, and the optimal use of resources within your region
* With your technical expertise, you provide competent advice on adhesive and dispensing technologies and develop sustainable application solutions together with your customers – including products from the LOCTITE and Henkel industrial adhesives portfolio
* You will collaborate closely with our technical application experts
* You will independently conduct training sessions and workshops for our distribution partners and end customers, supporting them in effectively developing their skills


What makes you a good fit

* Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or relevant university degree
* Initial field sales experience, making you a key interface between customers and Henkel
* Confident appearance, strong negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of customer needs
* Flexible, enjoys traveling, works efficiently and independently – also from a home office
* Resides in the sales region (postal codes: 80, 81, 83, 85) or willing to relocate; Class B driver’s license required
* Fluent in German and good command of written and spoken English
