Your Impact
* Act as a legal partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice on corporate law and related areas.
* Support board and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of governance processes.
* Drive transformation by introducing digital solutions for legal workflows and stakeholder collaboration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, M&A, and Tax on strategic projects.
* Play an active role in shaping governance frameworks during a period of exciting organizational change.
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified lawyer (1st & 2nd State Exam)
* Several years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained in an international law firm or a leading industrial/financial company.
* Strong understanding of corporate governance and supervisory board requirements.
* Proactive mindset, analytical strength, and ability to deliver clear, reliable advice under time pressure.
* Passion for innovation and digitalization in legal processes.
* Excellent communication skills and high integrity when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
