Job Overview
This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH region.
* Sales Growth:
* You will actively contribute to the expansion of our product range and regional sales strategy by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and negotiating deals.
* Account Management:
* You will develop and grow your market by combining account management with new business opportunities. This includes managing customer accounts, anticipating their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs.
* Technical Environment:
* Work in a technical and international B2B environment where you will interact with high-end gas equipment and related technologies.
* Market Trends:
* You will monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition and anticipate risks and opportunities.
* Sales Targets:
* Consistently achieve (or exceed) your sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and executing them effectively.
* Communication Skills:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required as you will work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Autonomy and Flexibility:
* Enjoy high autonomy in the field, with flexible working arrangements possible including home office and travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
* Job Location:
* The position is based in Lintgen (Luxembourg) with a planned move to a brand-new Industry 4.0 site in Bissen at the end of 2025.
