As part of its development, the organization is seeking a Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch on a temporary basis (1 year, with a possibility of permanent contract and the end).
Your Responsibilities: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as parcel deliveries (regular mail, DHL, registered mail, acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) Welcoming and coordinating external service providers visiting the office Monitoring and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed as planned Coordinating with central teams: Facilities IT Security Ensuring that regular office maintenance is properly carried out (cleaning, office supplies, and any items required for the day-to-day running of the office) Anticipating office needs and ensuring the availability of necessary resources to support daily operations Proactively identifying any malfunctions or issues within the office environment Reporting incidents and coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution Ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards related to office management xniyctf Your Profile: Proven experience as a Senior PA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager, ideally within an international or banking environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills High level of autonomy and proactivity Ability to operate independently without close supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English (mandatory – working language) Fluent French (required for local supplier interactions) #LI-EO1
