* You drive market intelligence and strategic alignment processes.
* You are a globally minded sales leader who combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of the Electrification and Automation market - Energy distribution systems and solutions, as well as protection technology, substation automation, telecontrol, power quality, smart communication, and microgrids.
* You have the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and to work collaboratively across cultures, and you have many years of leadership experience.
* You have experience in shaping and developing pricing strategies.
* You have outstanding communication and analytical skills, paired with critical thinking and commercial competence.
* You have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
