Senior procurement manager- logistics

JD Industrial is a leading industrial supply chain technology and service subsidiary under JD Group, providing one-stop digital procurement and supply chain solutions for global industrial clients. We are accelerating our business layout in Europe and are now recruiting a Purchasing Manager based in Düsseldorf.


You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding local German suppliers, building a localized product portfolio, and supporting the rapid growth of our European business.


Conduct local supplier sourcing and development focusing on German and European industrial MRO, electrical automation, mechanical tools and related categories; implement supplier grading management and maintain long-term strategic cooperation relationships.
Build and enrich the local product pool in accordance with German market demands and key customer procurement standards; collaborate with the Category Manager to complete product entry, information maintenance and compliance review.
coordinate with China supply chain teams to ensure efficient collaboration between local and cross-border procurement.
Monitor German industrial market trends, industry standards and regulatory updates; ensure full procurement compliance with local regulations and JD internal policies.


Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related fields is preferred.


Proven experience in supplier development, evaluation and relationship management; strong negotiation and contract management skills with successful cost optimization track record.
Fluent in German (C1 preferred), proficient in English as working language; Mandarin speaker is a plus.
