Job Opportunity:
The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is seeking a skilled Coordinator for IT applications and comprehensive services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing cross-agency portfolio management, coordinating working groups and committees in the field of information technology.
Job Responsibilities:
* Participate in working and technical committees to further develop software products on topics like knowledge management, collaboration platforms, or the consultant database.
* Be responsible for the continuous improvement of IT services within the central office, such as document management/archive systems, intranet, or the DRV advice center search.
* Plan and conduct training for these IT services.
* Perform technical maintenance and further development of Notes databases.
* Coordinate temporary groups, committees, or steering committees.
* Support division management in technical and organizational matters, including inquiries from the Federal Audit Office and cost controlling.
Requirements:
* A successfully completed scientific university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in the field of IT.
* First task-relevant professional experience as well as knowledge and practical experience in project management.
* Knowledge of programming and experience in the development and administration of Notes databases are desirable.
* Business fluent in written and spoken German.
* A high level of communication skills, strong customer focus, and strategic and analytical thinking round off your profile.
