Area of responsibilities:
* Develop holistic Online Video & TV strategies based on client briefs and business goals
* Translate strategy into detailed channel/media plans incl. KPI framework & measurement approach
* Present plans, insights and optimization recommendations to clients with confidence
* Act as main interface between Client Service, Digital Hub and channel specialists
* Oversee campaign execution, monitor performance and drive cross-channel optimizations
* Generate post-campaign insights & learnings in collaboration with Digital Hub
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
* Several years’ hands-on experience in Online Video planning within a media agency environment
* Proven ability to craft Video/TV strategies and derive KPIs & optimization actions
* Solid command of research & analytics tools; ability to convert data into actionable insights
* Strong client-facing, presentation and consulting skills (German C1–C2, English B2)
* Project management under tight deadlines with high attention to detail
Nice to have:
* Storytelling & content marketing know-how
* Programmatic Video Advertising expertise
* Performance-marketing / conversion optimization fundamentals
* TV planning experience
* Specific Tools/Technologies: Media research & analytics platforms (e.g., AGF, Videoplanning tools, programmatic DSPs); general MS Office & presentation software
