Job Role: As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the daily corporate administration of entities within our portfolio. This entails managing business operations from inception to dissolution, drafting legal documents, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, lawyers, and notaries.
Responsibilities: Your duties will also include publishing annual reports on the Trade Register and undertaking various corporate administration tasks for your clients. You will be responsible for coordinating business activities, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements: We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 4 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PFS, ManCo or Big Four in Luxembourg. You should be proficient in French and English, both written and verbal, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Qualities: The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to a new portfolio and work autonomously. They will also lead by example and demonstrate a rigorous approach to their tasks.
