Your tasks
You will be responsible for the technical support of our hardware and software products
You will handle first and second-level support requests via telephone, email, and our ticket system
You will act as an interface between customers, sales, product management, and the development department
You will support the sales team on site at trade fairs
You will support our development department on site at customer locations and be prepared to accompany customers on trials
You will also be responsible for setting up and supporting applications/measurement tasks
You will plan and conduct training courses
Your Profile
You have a degree or vocational training in electrical engineering/information technology or a comparable qualification
You preferably already have experience in the areas of automotive bus systems and network technology
You already have a basic knowledge of programming
You quickly understand complex topics and find solutions for them
You are proactive, a team player, and a good communicator, and you enjoy working with colleagues
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
