1. Conduct literature searches and manage search outputs

7. Participate in emerging climate & health research activities and special projects
8. Master’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Environmental Health, Health Policy, or a related field, with demonstrated research experience; or a bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience.
9. Strong research skills, including database searching, evidence mapping, and qualitative analysis, with experience using qualitative coding software such as NVivo or
10. Experience supporting or conducting key informant interviews, including preparation, scheduling, interviewing (where appropriate), and transcript review.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically and professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
12. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail in research materials and documentation.
13. Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced research environment.
14. Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are an asset.
15. Willingness to undertake occasional travel to Heidelberg and one additional European location.
