Business Analysis Role
This position involves the collection and prioritization of project opportunities, ensuring the continuous improvement of existing processes. It also entails supporting the development and implementation of new services, as well as assisting users in defining and transcribing their business processes.

Responsibilities
* Collect and qualify project opportunities from various business units, with a focus on improving existing processes.
* Support the creation and deployment of new services to meet user needs, while guiding them in documenting their processes in ARIS.
* Translate business demands into detailed requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
* Prepare and coordinate testing phases to guarantee that all requirements are incorporated into solutions.
* Ensure that process owners receive training and documentation on operating solutions effectively from both a business and IT perspective.

Requirements
* University degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
* Initial experience in business analysis and/or process modeling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with high self-motivation.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German; Luxemburgish considered an asset.
