As Executive Chef (m/f/d) you are a key part of our creative team with the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu. If you like the spanish culture and you are looking for a young and motivated team - apply now!
3. Mainly responsible for the management, motivation, inspiration and guidance of the kitchen staff and trainee chefs
4. Placing orders
5. Implementing innovative and trend-conscious menus and designing our menus
6. Ensuring and monitoring correct compliance with HACCP guidelines
7. Providing versatile support to the team from the breakfast to casual fine dining à la carte to menus and buffets for conferences
8. Close cooperation with the hotel manager and other departments
What are we looking for?
9. Completed apprenticeship as a chef or similar qualification
10. Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d)
11. At least 3 years of leadership skills
12. High awareness of food trends
13. Know-how of social media and interest to show your skills
14. High level of English
15. Creative and passionate person with quality awareness
16. Flexibility and commitment
17. Host mentality and teamplayer
