* You advise and support our stakeholders in the harmonization, introduction, and further development of group-wide innovative processes in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL).
* After analyzing and evaluating business requirements, you design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL).
* You contribute to a self-organizing, responsible, agile team.
* You manage go-live activities, conduct training sessions, and provide necessary documentation for colleagues and stakeholders.
* You continuously develop your professional, IT technical, and personal skills.
What makes us successful together
* Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
* Experience: You have at least 3 years of practical experience and knowledge in implementing complex service processes within Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service. Ideally, you have already worked in self-organizing, agile teams.
* Know-how: You have an understanding of processes and optimization potentials in customer service.
* Personality: You are a team player and complement your profile with strong communication skills, combined with a high level of initiative and motivation.
* Languages: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
