* In this role, you will manage all international service processes in the Salesforce area and ensure system and process availability.
* You will control and monitor incident and problem management with precision and care.
* You will ensure continuous improvement and professional design of software support and enable smooth collaboration between local and offshore teams.
* You will lead exciting international Salesforce service projects and drive innovation and excellence.
What makes us successful together
* Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, computer science or have a comparable qualification
* Experience: You have practical experience in IT consulting or service management.
* Know- how and skills: You have experience in the Salesforce environment (focus on Service Cloud) and knowledge of customer service.
* Personality: Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, combined with a high degree of initiative and the motivation to work in an agile and interdisciplinary environment, make you a suitable candidate. You also have quick comprehension, analytical skills and "hands-on" mentality.
* Nice to have: You are familiar with ITIL processes
* Language skills: You speak fluent business English and German
