Allergan Aesthetics | An AbbVie company.Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH (all genders)REF: RJob DescriptionThe Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH (all genders) is responsible for coordinating and leading the ethics and compliance programs across all affiliates in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This position is a key member of both the Affiliate and Area Compliance Team and reports directly to the Area Director for Europe and Canada. The role focuses on fostering a culture of compliance and upholding high ethical standards within the organization.ResponsibilitiesAct as the OEC leader within the Affiliate and support the Affiliate General Manager and Area Compliance Director in key compliance activitiesLead and manage an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) for D.A.C.H, engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as neededProvide guidance, and support on complex ethics and compliance issues, including policy interpretation, compliance risk assessment, trend analysis, and best practice recommendationsServe on the Area Compliance Leadership team to help set compliance policy, strategy, and direction internationallyEnsure that all Affiliates maintain an effective compliance program, including the Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program and a fully operational Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF)Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and sustain a culture of compliance at both the Region and Affiliate levels, reinforcing the importance of ethical behaviorPartner with various business functions (Commercial, Finance, Medical, Legal, HR, Regulatory, Public Affairs) to help the business achieve objectives in a compliant manner, escalate relevant issues, and propose solutionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes, applicable laws, and regulations within the countries, monitoring relevant developmentsDevelop, implement, and deliver compliance awareness, education, policies, procedures training, and tailor programs for specific roles/responsibilitiesStructure, implement, and oversee monitoring plans to ensure policy compliance, identify process improvements, and contribute to remediation plansPartner with Affiliate Leadership and Auditors on compliance audits, ensuring objectivity and independenceParticipate in local industry trade association compliance committees, communicate external environmental changes, and adjust compliance programs as neededLead and participate in key international OEC projects individually and as part of a teamQualificationsExperienceUniversity degree required. Work experience in Finance, Audit, Commercial, Legal, Science, or Regulatory strongly preferredProfessional experience in Compliance, with exposure to Legal, Regulatory, Finance, or Medical Affairs functionsStrong skills in analytics, communication, project management, and problem-solvingKnowledge of EFPIA and OUS compliance regulations and experience in the healthcare industry highly preferredPharmaceutical and global industry experience is a plusSkills & AbilitiesBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of business and operational environmentAction through Insight: Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights and measure impactStrategic Thinking: Ability to set direction, prioritize, and balance strategic and tactical needs in complianceIntegration and Influence: Able to influence and empower cross-functional teams at local, regional, area, and global levelsProcess Control: Capability to assess and improve compliance program processes both locally and regionallyExpert Judgement: Confidence under pressure, able to manage ambiguity and coach others in complex scenariosImpactful Implementation: Effective planning and execution with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent command in German and EnglishContactApply now!
