Role Overview
We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Travel Support Representative to join our customer-focused team supporting a global travel marketplace. In this role, you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services.

Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel services
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
* Work towards individual and team KPIs
* Maintain and update customer information in internal systems
* Build and maintain basic knowledge of the clients products and services
* Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
* Good level of English
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident using computers and multiple systems
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* High school diploma (customer service experience is a plus)
* Availability to work fixed weekday shifts
