Für den Standort Donauwörth suchen wir: SENIOR CYBER SECURITY IT CONSULTANT (D/F/M) Your tasks: Design and implementation of security strategies, information security management systems (ISMS), security organizations, and processes Definition of security and compliance requirements Implementation and assurance of legal regulations and security standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS-2, PART-IS, etc. Development and implementation of robust security architectures, particularly in the area of production-related IT Execution of security analyses and risk assessments at both process and system levels, based on standards such as ISO 27005, EBIOS, or comparable frameworks Development and implementation of security policies, processes, and procedures Planning of appropriate security measures for identifying and eliminating critical security vulnerabilities Conducting training sessions and awareness initiatives Monitoring technological developments in the area of production-related IT security and their integration Creation of structured and meaningful documentation such as presentations, process descriptions, policies, etc. Presentation of work results Your qualifications: The work task requires knowledge and skills generally acquired through a relevant, completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable field, with a standard duration of up to 4 years, combined with an extended subject-specific additional qualification. Alternatively, it may be acquired through a relevant completed vocational training of at least three years, qualified further education, and particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualifications. Sound knowledge and experience in the tasks listed above. Proven experience as a Cyber Security Consultant or in a comparable role Knowledge of information systems. Solid knowledge of modern tools, processes, methods, and frameworks Experience in the design of security architectures and concepts Comprehensive expertise in IT/OT security, industrial control systems (ICS), network security, asset inventory, and vulnerability management Experience in the planning, integration, and operation of IT/OT systems and complex industrial facilities. Familiarity with implementing IT/OT security standards, as well as knowledge in network security, operating systems, and application security Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or IEC 62443 is advantageous Experience in risk management and risk assessments, as well as in technical project management Strong communication and presentation skills Customer-oriented mindset and demeanor, with the ability to independently interact with clients at lower to mid-management levels, and the capability to technically guide consulting teams Experience with PKI and post-quantum cryptography is a plus Strong affinity for digitalization, IT/OT infrastructures, IoT principles, and network technologies Analytical thinking, initiative, precise and conscientious work ethic, as well as strong communication skills and confident appearance. Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a distributed team environment Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
