1. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements
2. Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
3. Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget. Follow Munich Re project methodologies as applicable.
4. Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
5. Effectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner
6. Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities
7. Provide traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking delivery of those requirements by the project team
8. Assist with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope
9. Create appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support)
Your Profile
Required qualifications
To succeed in this role, consider the following requirements:
10. University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification
11. Several years of business analyst or related experience, ideally within IT or data related projects
12. A sound understanding of Asset Management and data landscape needed in portfolio management, back office (Operations, Accounting, Reporting) as well as market risk and performance attribution
13. Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
14. Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
15. History of leading and supporting successful projects
16. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
17. Recording business requirements from internal customers or departments and reviewing them for relevance and cost-effectiveness
18. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

19. One of the main pillars of GenAI uses cases in Asset Management is market Data. Therefore, we are looking for someone with proven track record (more than 5 years) in market data management
20. Demonstrated expertise in understanding, analyzing, and specifying requirements for technical implementation in the key components of market data management: Data ingestion, data validation, enrichment, curation
21. Proven knowhow of market data vendor on the market, their delivery technical framework as well as a sound understanding of market data contract.
22. Demonstrated expertise in the market data systems and core Asset Management applications use with Munich Re Group: mainly Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, SCD and eFront.
