Your tasks
As Market Manager Medical (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the management in new emerging markets such as wearables patches. You will work in a hybrid working model that offers you flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
* Managing projects in line with corporate strategy in close coordination with international and interdisciplinary interfaces.
* Identifying technological opportunities and developing customer-specific solutions in collaboration with customers, external partners, and internal development departments.
* Developing relevant applications tailored to customer needs and expectations.
* Developing new business models and conducting in-depth market and trend analyses.
* Preparation and validation of business cases and project plans. Management of international project teams with a technical and business focus.
* Establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships with suppliers, start-ups, research institutions, and technology providers.
* Implementation of growth strategies through continuous market observation and development of innovative products and marketing concepts.
Our requirements
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Market Manager who has the following qualifications:
* Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, innovation, marketing or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in market management, project management or innovation management, ideally in a medical environment
* Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams
* Strong analytical skills paired with entrepreneurial thinking
* High technology affinity and passion for medical applications
* Ability to quickly understand ideas and solution-oriented mindset and approach
* Good knowledge of MS Office, relevant marketing tools and SAP
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Willingness to travel 15%
