Investment Banking Division We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Private Capital Markets practice within the Investment Banking Division of Stifel Europe in Munich, preferably starting in Q1/Q2 2026 for a length of 3-6 months. This role will encompass both private capital fundraising (private placement) as well as venture and growth secondaries (company tenders, minority sell-downs, sponsor and non-sponsor portfolio liquidity solutions). Duties & Responsibilities Tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: · Mandates over a broad range of deal types including Fundraising, Secondaries, M&A, IPOs, and Public Takeovers for Pan-European and international growth companies · Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books · Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.) · Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking) · Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor’s lists, etc. · Stifel seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
