In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and manage our engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, execution, and operational excellence. Develop and grow your team members. Continuously optimize workflows, structures, and collaboration within the team to improve efficiency and predictability. Introduce, adapt, and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery. Plan and prioritize work together with the team, translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments. Manage stakeholders across the organization and ensure optimal planning, alignment, and an effective operating environment for your team. For This Role, You Will Need: A graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or a comparable field—or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams, or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility. A strong problem‑solving and execution‑oriented mindset. Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Background in aerospace and defence. Experience with Azure DevOps.
