What you'll do:
* Lead cross-functional development teams through all stages of production, working closely with development leadership.
* Facilitate smooth collaboration between art, design, engineering, and other partner teams.
* Build and maintain clear production plans, schedules, and processes that support efficient delivery.
* Identify risks early, propose solutions, and help unblock teams to maintain project momentum.
* Gather input from team members, encouraging open communication and shared ownership.
* Support the creation of engaging, high-quality games and simulations for immersive platforms.
* Provide guidance, motivation, and transparent communication across teams.
* Celebrate milestones and achievements to reinforce a positive team culture.
* Promote an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives.
* Stay informed on industry trends and inspire teams to innovate in XR and emerging technologies.
What we're looking for:
* Experience applying agile methodologies as well as traditional production management approaches.
* Strong skills in project tracking, using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
