The Global Change & Communications Expert plays a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and communicating organizational change initiatives on a global scale. This role is responsible for establishing and managing change processes, developing and executing communication strategies, and ensuring seamless implementation across diverse teams worldwide. Develop and implement robust global change management and communication plans to achieve organizational goals.
Coordinate, and manage change management activities (e.g. stakeholder analysis, training, adoption tracking) and communications across various international business processes tailored to target audience with straightforward language.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential resistance and fears and plan effective change and communication activities
Keep current with emerging change and communication trends, sharing best practices with the team.
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in planning and executing global change management and communications initiatives.
3-5+ years of employee communications experience and/or 3-5+ years in a change management role with a global perspective.
Strong project management, and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills (English) with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
Experience managing various corporate communications channels, including intranets and social media.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
Skills in creating videos and digital pages are required, and familiarity with digital storytelling, design, technology, and social media.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
Fearless embrace of technology and adaptation to new digital platforms for effective internal communication.
